"Looked way better in the preview"
I was disappointed when this showed up. The print looked dull, the colors were kind of faded, and some of the text was blurry instead of crisp. It looked a lot nicer in the preview than it did in person, and that part was weird. For the price, I expected much better quality. I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Nice paper, just a couple small things"
I was kind of in a rush when I tried it, but the paper felt nice overall. Nothing major to complain about, just a few tiny issues here and there.

I was disappointed with this. There just aren’t many customization options, so I couldn’t really set things up the way I wanted. On top of that, it kind of works when it wants to, which makes it even more frustrating to use.

"Pretty fair for what I paid"
It’s not the cheapest thing ever, but it feels worth the money. I remember opening it while there was a random spoon sitting on my coffee table for some reason, and my first thought was that it seemed nicer than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Super Fast Help, No Doubt About It"
Support got back to me really quickly—i’m sure it was about as fast as humanly possible. I did have to wait a little bit, but nothing major at all. Overall, good experience

The site was simple to figure out, and I didn’t really get stuck much at all. A couple of pages loaded a little slooow for me, but overall, making edits was easy enough and not a big hassle.

"RSVP worked fine, but the guest list got a little messy 🙂"
Setting up the RSVP was easy overall, so no big complaints there! The only tricky part was managing the guest list once people started making changes. It got a little confusing at times 😅 Not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

"Delivery was, like, way slower than expected"
So, yeah, my order ended up showing up late, and the tracking was basically not updating much at all, which was kind of frustrating. I mean, for the price, I was expecting a smoother delivery experience. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not great.

"Clean look, but could use more personality"
I liked the clean, simple style of the site, and some of the designs are really pretty. That said, a lot of it started to feel a little too similar after browsing for a while. I can see other customers appreciating the minimal vibe, but I think some of us might wish there was a bit more variety and warmth to make everything feel more inviting
